Pgora ("we", "us", "our") operates pgora.com, an AI-powered PG (Paying Guest) and hostel management platform.   • PG/hostel name, address, room and bed configurations, pricing
  • Tenant names, contact details, and ID documents (as uploaded by PG admins)
  • Check-in/check-out dates, rent payment records
  • Inventory and supply management data

2.3 Payment Information

  • Subscription plan details and billing history
  • Transaction IDs and payment status
  • Note: Credit/debit card details and UPI information are processed and stored securely by our payment partner, Razorpay. Pgora does not store your card numbers or bank account details.

2.4 Usage & Technical Data

  • IP address, browser type, device information, and operating system
  • Pages visited, features used, and time spent on the platform
  • Log data and error reports for service improvement

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Pgora platform and its features
  • To process subscription payments and billing through Razorpay
  • To send transactional communications (payment confirmations, account alerts)
